We are pleased to announce that as from February 2018, we have engaged Ambiance Landscapes Ltd to maintain all of the amenity land in Royal Victoria Park (since Green Fingers of Bristol ceased trading at the end of 2017).
Their responsibilities include cutting the grass, trimming around stones, maintaining shrubs and trees and ensuring a high standard of appearance for the development. Whilst they are likely to remove litter from the amenity areas they maintain, they are not responsible for general clearing of litter around the development.

Note that the parking of Commercial Vehicles on the Development, unless making a day-time delivery is strictly prohibited. This falls within the covenant restrictions for the development.
Also note that we have small sections of private road around Royal Victoria Park where parking is only available to specific house numbers. More detail can be found on the Notice Board.
Royal Victoria Park does not have pavements or footpaths through the development - instead the roads are shared by cars, dog walkers, cyclists, pedestrians, parents with pushchairs and children who use Royal Victoria Park as a thorough-fare for school.
Please keep this in mind when driving through Royal Victoria Park and keep your speed below 20mph - especially in summer when trees and hedging is more likely to obscure the views.
