NOTE REGARDING CLAUSE 20.2
We have been receiving requests in respect of clause 20.2 of the restriction to agree to not enter the property if Ground Rent has bot been paid. We are happy to agree to such requests on receipt of the appropriate Deed of Variation but should stress it has never been our policy to act on this.

The financial year runs from 1st January to 31st December. The budget for the following financial year is set in December. Invoices for rent charges are sent out in March with a due date for payment in April.
