We are pleased to announce that as from February 2018, we have engaged Ambiance Landscapes Ltd to maintain all of the amenity land in Royal Victoria Park (since Green Fingers of Bristol ceased trading at the end of 2017).
Ambiance will visit the estate to maintain the amenity areas twice monthly from April to October and once per month from November to the end of March.

Annual Residents' Meeting -
postponed due to Coronavirus
Our annual residents' meeting has been postponed due to Coronavirus. We will reschedule it for later this year.
Please click below to view the presentation slides and minutes for the resdients' meeting the year before last.
In December 2013 we secured new grit bins to the Royal Victoria Park development. The bins have been provided by Bristol City Council. This will go some way to making our roads safe during icy months. Unfortunately, the Council budget doesn't stretch to providing us with further grit bins so we'll be exploring the viability of funding further bins - if needed - from the coffers!
Please note that the section of road outside numbers 81-105 Strathearn Drive is a private road and parking here is only permitted for the residents of those house numbers.
