Administrator Vacancy - can you help ?
We are looking to appoint an administrator to support us with the day to day running of the estate. We anticipate that this will take between 5-10 hours of time a month - with busier periods when invoices are to be issued and collected. Full details are available on the attached job specification. We have allocated some budget for this role so it will be on a paid basis-although rates are to be determined based on experience. We are pleased to announce that as from February 2018, we have engaged Ambiance Landscapes Ltd to maintain all of the amenity land in Royal Victoria Park (since Green Fingers of Bristol ceased trading at the end of 2017).
Ambiance will visit the estate to maintain the amenity areas twice monthly from April to October and once per month from November to the end of March.

Annual Residents Meeting - Spring 2019
Our annual residents' meeting will now take place in the spring of 2019 at a date which we will confirm nearer the time. The meeting room at St Peter's Hospice is in use until the current building work has finished so we will schedule the residents' meeting once the room becomes available again. In December 2013 we secured new grit bins to the Royal Victoria Park development. The bins have been provided by Bristol City Council. This will go some way to making our roads safe during icy months. Unfortunately, the Council budget doesn't stretch to providing us with further grit bins so we'll be exploring the viability of funding further bins - if needed - from the coffers!
Please note that the section of road outside numbers 81-105 Strathearn Drive is a private road and parking here is only permitted for the residents of those house numbers.
